This is your introduction page where you can find information and guidelines to using the app as user and/or manager.
First of all let's download the app
Start downloading the app to your phone, if you want to use the phone to access your courses and materials.

Your manager has added you to the platform. The first time you log in, you have to use your work email as username and password.

Let's get it started
Get in the correct mood while you read the rest of the guidelines:
Dasbhboard
The first page you see after login is your dashboard. You will se some statistics, gained skills or competencies, on going development or onboarding plans, and assigned/on going courses.
Find Course Content
If you want to see all the courses - not only the assigned ones - the click on courses icon. Here you can see all content. Filter the courses by Role/Department or Category.
Start Course
When you find a relevant course you wish to start with, then simply click on "Start" button.
Find the SOPs
You can find the SOP library right above the courses page. The SOP library is divided into departments, so it's easy for you to find relevant procedures.
Find the Development plan
Create your own or find assigned development plans (some hotels calls it onboarding plan) in menu. If you create a plan, it will appear on "Your plans". If a manager og a co-worker share a plan with you, it will appear under "Shared with you".

Can I track the progress and usage?
As a manager in the platform, you can access the management module with statistics about the usage, most popular subjects, see ongoing courses, track the development and needs for learning, and create onboarding plans for the new employees.
Do you provide support?
We are ready to support your business 24x7. Send us an email or use the form in the website, and tell us what you need or what the issue is. Is is a technical issue, try to attach image of the error if possible.
